WAA Daily Secretary’s Format

My name is ________________ and I am your alcoholic secretary. 

Now is the time to turn off your cell phones off or on mute. 

For those on Zoom please keep your mic on mute unless you are sharing and refrain from casual use of public chat.

These important rules will allow us to continue to use this beautiful space for our meeting.

  1. Please do not enter the main buildings at any time unless for disability access.
  2. Please do not congregate on the sidewalk, the parking structure, or the through way outside the door or in front of private residences in the neighborhood.
  3. Please be quiet when coming and going from your car, we want to be good neighbors.
  4. There is no smoking or vaping on the property. Including this room.Smoking or Vaping is allowed across the street (be careful crossing) in front of the bushes. Smokers put out and throw away your butts.
  5. There are no pets allowed on the property.
  6. The coffee and supplies are donated by RADFORD please use the donation box on the wall; all proceeds go to RADFORD to help continue this tradition.
  7. The books and literature are provided by RADFORD and are not free, they are sold at cost. If you cannot afford a book, arrangements can be made. 
  8. The code of conduct for RADFORD is printed in the lobby and on our website. 

Parking – 

  1. Lot parking is available at posted cost.
  2. Metered parking on street is free until 8AM Mon- Sat and on all Sundays.
  3. Neighborhood parking is free.

The leader will speak for 10 – 15 minutes. For those sharing we ask that you complete your share within 3 minutes. We will set a reminder for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and please avoid excessive profanity.
